if u want a non-inverting amplifier, u must connect the Vin to the positive input.
when u want an inverting amplifier, u must connect Vin to the negative input.

u cant possible hoping to get non-inverting amplifier when u connect Vin into the negative input. or even connect Vin into both positive and negative which dont know wt will happen to the amplifier.

inverting is inverting.
non inverting is non inverting.
